WinTorg is a simulation that has been developed to help undergraduate
university and college students of organic chemistry learn about using
spectroscopy, other physical measurements and chemical reactions to
identify organic unknowns.

WINTORG IS NOT IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AND THE AUTHOR RETAINS
ALL COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

ALL PROGRAMS, FILES AND DOCUMENTATION ARE SUPPLIED AS IS. NO WARRANTY

program and associated files, run setup.exe.

The main program is wintorg.exe. Another short program wtsetup.exe is
also supplied that allows setting parameters for WinTorg - notably
whether the user is allowed to save information between sessions.

***************************---Registration---****************************

This shareware (demonstration) version of WinTorg is limited to three
unknowns only. The registered version with a full set of unknowns may
be purchased from the author on payment of the following fee:

New users
Institutional users:	US$200 (in Australia Aust$200)
Individual students:	US$20 (in Australia Aust$20)

Upgrade from the DOS-based Torganal
Institutional users:	US$50 (in Australia Aust$50)

Registered institutional users are granted the right to use the program
over a network and/or to place copies of the program on as many computers
as desired provided no distribution occurs outside that institution.

Payment is to be made to:-

		University of Tasmania
		GPO Box 252-75, Hobart
		Tasmania, Australia 7001

Payment can be made by international cheque or money order. Payment is also
possible by major credit card provided an official order is received (mail
